The interview process took over 3 months and included 11 rounds plus a written test. I was basically told I had the job, as it was a diversity-focused role, but then I found out it went to someone who didn't even meet the basic qualifications for being considered diverse.

Applied early in my senior year of college, around Jan/Feb. Got an interview offer in early April and heard back with a job offer just 10 days after my interview. The process included a written test on PR writing and AP style. There were 2 rounds of interviews: the first was an intro to the role, and the second involved meeting with relevant practice groups.

It was a very conversational interview, with typical questions about industry trends, my experience, and my future goals. They were very patient in answering all my questions. The only downside was the wait time for feedback on the next steps, but once I heard back, the process to get me started was very quick.
