Had contact with HR and direct management, with two hiring interview stages. It was a fast process because the company needed to fill the position urgently. The stages were transparent and feedback was complete and quick, though I can't say if the speed was due to the company's urgency.

The interview process consisted of two rounds, each an hour long: a first interview with HR and a second interview with the department director. It was a very pleasant, rather kind, and interactive experience. The questions asked were relevant but not tricky. The interview was conducted in English.

The HR assistant reached out to me initially and inquired about my educational background, previous work experience, and my Chinese language proficiency in both writing and speaking. Following that, she scheduled an interview with the consumer marketing team leader and the senior account director, who would be my direct reports if I were hired. After an hour-long meeting with them, I was invited back to meet with the HR director. Immediately after my meeting with the HR director, the HR assistant extended a job offer to me.
