Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at FleishmanHillard.
Account Supervisor
It was a pretty standard interview process. First, I talked to a recruiter, then a team member, then the business leader. After that, I had a 1.5-hour interview with several people, and then met with another leader. It felt a bit drawn out, and there wasn't much communication back from the manager, although HR was great.
- Tell me about a time you had to provide customer service to a client you disagreed with.
Account Manager
It was two rounds. First, I talked with a Partner and the practice lead. Then, I had a panel presentation with four team members where I presented. I was given a brief from a former client and had to develop a strategy covering paid, earned, social, and owned media.
- How do you manage clients who are difficult and demanding?
Account Manager
So, the hiring process for the Consultant role at Fleishman's in Mumbai was really professional. They assessed my fit step-by-step. The HR team was super helpful, always available, and answered all my questions politely. I had a phone chat with the agency's Senior VP, and then he invited me for a one-on-one at the Mumbai office. It felt like a casual chat, not nerve-wracking at all. He laid out my role and profile very clearly, explaining everything. I was quite impressed.
- Can you describe a past or current crisis that you're willing to talk about?
