The process began with three stages: 1) an online aptitude test, 2) a technical round, and 3) a managerial round. Round 1 was a general aptitude test covering basic testing concepts, agile methodologies, and general aptitudes, administered as a system-based online test. The questions were not overly difficult. Results were emailed to HR, who would then contact you to schedule the next round. Round 2 was the Technical Round. Since I applied for QA, the questions focused on the QA process, basic aviation terminology, and fundamental quality concepts and types. It was scheduled for 60 minutes but ran over by 20 minutes due to connectivity issues, though the interviewer was accommodating and used alternative communication methods, showing they prioritize skills. Round 3 was the Managerial round, a one-on-one with the manager, focusing on your understanding of the company and its processes. The manager also provided more information about the company and its methodologies. This company's hiring process is notably fast compared to others, as they value both candidate and recruiter time.

Technical Behavioral

The interview was 3 rounds. The first was an online test that was mostly about Testing concepts, mostly easy with a few tricky ones. The second and third rounds were with the Test Manager and Sector head, and the questions were mostly about how you approach a given scenario. Not the usual internet questions, so make sure what's on your resume is solid.

Got an email from Flatirons about a Manual Testing role and replied. Then got a call from HR to schedule the interviews. It involved a Technical Test, Face to face, and a Managerial round. They want to hear about your past projects and expect you to know Unix/Linux, so brush up on those concepts.
