First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at FlatironDragados.
Field Engineer
Got hooked up by a recruiter, even though I applied for something else. First, chatted with the recruiter on the phone, then hopped on a video call with the project manager. They basically offered me the job right after that. Didn't get asked too many tech questions.
- Could you describe your current job responsibilities?
Field Engineer
They were organized concerning the setup and contacting, giving directions and what to expect in the interview. Important to be willing to show passion for the current position you're applying for. Show that you want it! Give good examples of experience and be ready to answer any and every question related to the work and random questions about yourself as well.
- Regarding compensation, what do you deserve or expect?
- How do you deal with challenges for which you don't have a solution?
Field Engineer
I first spoke with HR and then connected with the engineers. The whole process was pretty fast and to the point. They asked me why I was interested in the company and if I had any questions for them.
