Got hooked up by a recruiter, even though I applied for something else. First, chatted with the recruiter on the phone, then hopped on a video call with the project manager. They basically offered me the job right after that. Didn't get asked too many tech questions.

I had an initial call with a recruiter who seemed inexperienced. The main interview lasted about an hour and covered typical project management topics. Even though I was offered a position, the title was much lower than expected, making the process feel like a waste of time.

You meet with the SPM, the OP’s team member, and the Owner over the phone for about an hour each. The first two meetings were individual, and the last one was with the owner and the senior project manager. Everyone was really great. I'd guess the interviews are in person now, given a recent Covid wave.
