So the interview process was like, three rounds total. First was Karat, covering stats, SQL, and R. Then, I talked to a Data Insight Engineer. The last round was a superday with a Data Insight Engineer, the Hiring Manager, and a PM. That last part was about R coding, case studies, and BigQuery.

First, there was a phone screen, and then a quick 30-minute tech interview that involved some coding. After that, there were three more interviews all in one block, though this might change based on scheduling. These included a technical interview, a competency-based interview, and another coding interview. The whole process was pretty straightforward and the people were nice. I just didn't have enough R experience, unfortunately.

So I had my interview at Flatiron Health. It was a 3-round process. The first round was a 1-hour online live coding session with Karat, covering SQL and R. The second round, also 1 hour, involved some intro questions, discussion about my projects, and then a live coding challenge on HackerRank. The third round was a 3-hour 'super day' – the first hour was dedicated to my project, the second hour was live coding in R, and the final hour focused on problem-solving.
