I had a phone screen with HR, followed by two Zoom interviews. The first was with my potential team leader, and the second was with a different team leader. After these, I got a form email a few days later. It was disappointing, especially given their email about being humbled by my interest and wanting me to stay in touch for future opportunities. It makes you wonder about the company culture when you don't even get personalized feedback after three interviews.

The interview process was multistage. It started with an HR phone screen. After that, I met with the supervisor, three coworkers, the department head, and the senior VP for the division. The last part was a language test, which was pretty straightforward.

The interview process for the TTM Analyst role involved several stages: an initial screening, a call with the hiring manager, and an on-site meeting with the team. The process generally felt convenient and the people were professional. However, the job description and interviews misrepresented the actual job duties. I was expecting advanced analytical and research work, but the role primarily involves sending emails, which is tedious and not intellectual. I even reached out to HR about this discrepancy after accepting another offer, but received no response. For the Russian Cybercrime Analyst position, the process was similar, including screening, a manager call, and a very brief 5-minute on-site visit that was tacked onto the TTM interview. I received an offer the same day without meeting the team, and had to push to meet them before accepting. To make things more confusing, after being assured of a job offer, I was informed about an additional interview with a senior manager that they had forgotten to mention. This took a week to schedule, causing uncertainty about my offer while I juggled other opportunities. The final interview was so unmemorable I barely recall it. Overall, the interview process was disorganized, chaotic, and did not accurately reflect the company culture.
