Behavioral Other

The first step was with the agency, and the second step was with the manager of the team. There were some behavioral questions about the product, some general political and economic questions, some questions about my past working experiences, and questions about what I was looking for with this role.

Behavioral Presentation Technical

I applied to Flashbay because I was interested in making technology accessible. The interview process started with a warm welcome and a cup of tea from the receptionist upon arrival at the office. I didn't have to wait long, just two to three minutes, before the interview began. I was asked about how USB drives could be used for promotional purposes. While I could think of many uses, I hadn't considered preloading a company's brochure and catalog onto the drive. The interview seemed to involve discussing these ideas.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online and got a quick call back. The first interview was a phone call with the hiring manager, who was really nice and seemed impressed with my sales background. They said they'd reply within a week, but I got an email later that day for an in-person interview. This interview was with HR and another sales manager. Both were super friendly and seemed like great people to work with.
