First, send in your CV. If your background and experience seem like a good fit for the role, we'll have you come in for a phone interview. After that, there's a written test, and then one more interview.

I had a phone interview with the company. It was mainly about them explaining the role, the company, and their non-existent competitors. When I asked about their biggest competitors, the interviewer seemed unsure. The job was for sales of personalized merchandise. I felt my background in Sales and Marketing for personalized gifts was a good fit. The interviewer's only response was that since they make their own products, they have no competition. I think in a market where personalized USBs are everywhere, price is key, not design. The interview took 45 minutes, mostly because of my questions, and they only asked about my sales experience. Given my background in personalized gifts for online retail, a talent acquisition specialist would have been interested in learning more. I felt mixed about it, but ultimately got rejected for not matching their requirements with my experience. I wouldn't recommend it; the interview felt like a checklist and they weren't genuinely interested in the candidate or their background.

It was a really good and thorough interview process. They had me go through a few rounds to show my interest and meet some leaders. It moved fast. Started with a phone call, then a skills test, then a Zoom chat, and finished with an in-person visit.
