The recruiter at Fivetran reached out after my online application. It started with a Hacker rank quiz on a specific date. Then, I had an interview with the team lead. Following that was a full panel interview, which also included another Hacker rank quiz. I also met with the hiring manager. Mabel, the recruiter, made the process very smooth and always followed up after my rounds. She was helpful and even called me on her day off to share the good news about the offer!

So, first there was this HackerRank coding test. Then I had a video call with a QA manager. They asked me a couple of basic coding questions and then we talked about my current job and any challenges I've encountered with QA and engineering processes. The next round was with someone from the engineering team. It was pretty similar, questions about engineering process challenges and how I'd tackle them. After that, they threw two coding questions at me, focusing on arrays and lists. The connection was really bad though, kept dropping. And then, radio silence from HR. I emailed and called, but no word back on the results. Guess they only reach out if you make it.
