Engineering Manager
Had an initial HR interview, which was pleasant and informative. It lasted about half an hour, giving me enough time to introduce myself and ask company questions. The recruiter asked their standard questions, nothing too challenging.
- Can you tell me about your past work experience and the specific roles you've held?
Support Engineering Manager
It's a pretty standard interview process with several stages. First, there's a Recruiter Screen where they ask general questions about your background and fit. Then, it moves to a Panel Interview with the leadership team, which is a mix of Behavioral and Cultural interviews to check your aptitude, fit, and vision.
- When you move to a new position, what do you foresee as your main difficulties?
- What aspects of this role are you most looking forward to?
- What are your thoughts on compensation?
Engineering Manager
The interview process was long but thorough. It involved multiple steps, but all the interviewers were professional and pleasant. The questions were well-tailored to the EM position. The interviews included a hiring manager interview, a system design interview, a product management-based interview, and an overall competency interview.
- Describe how you would plan and estimate the delivery of a new system connector feature.
