I had a few relaxed and friendly interviews with the engineering and management leads of the local office. The meetings were professional but also casual. They explained the job's objectives, technical requirements, and the company's culture. During the interviews, they really focused on my experience with metallurgical projects.

The interview process felt professional and quite thorough. They asked me about my past projects and what I did on them. It was an online interview with two interviewers who asked questions one after another. They made sure I understood the basics of Electrical engineering.
