It was a 4 stage interview - started with an initial call with the internal recruiter to go over the basics. Then there were 3 more interviews with management in the AM organisation. Everything was set up efficiently and within a week. The process was not dragged out, which is great.

I had a Zoom chat with the recruiter, which was pretty straightforward, mostly just checking my qualifications. They mentioned I'd get a technical assessment too. I finished the interview and waited for it, but nothing came for days. After a week, I emailed the recruiter, but got no reply. Another week passed, I emailed again, still nothing. I even called the number they gave me, but still no response. It's really unprofessional to treat people like that.

The first interview with a recruiter was good and she seemed interested in me as a candidate. However, the second interview had a rough start. One interviewer didn't turn on her camera citing internet issues, and the other was a bit late. Even though I tried to explain my skills, it didn't feel like they were really considering me. It was also a bit frustrating not seeing everyone's face and it didn't feel as professional.
