Management
So, for this interview, they first have you do a pre-recorded Zoom call where you talk about some company stuff. I honestly wasn't expecting that since our earlier chats didn't mention it. After that, you move on to group interviews in small groups, which were actually okay.
- Can you tell us about yourself and your leadership style?
Management
I got a call about a posting on Zip Recruiter and then was invited in for an interview. I met with a manager for about 5-10 minutes to give my background and answer some basic questions. Based on those answers I was invited to a 2nd interview where there were quite a few other candidates and given a much more detailed overview of the company. I was called in for a final interview a few days later.
- How competitive are you on a scale of 1-10?
- Do you have prior management experience?
- What makes you a better choice than the other candidates interviewed?
Manager
The interview process included a phone call, an assessment, and a final Zoom interview. However, this company appears to be a scam. They pressure candidates to accept the offer immediately after the final interview and require payment for training. It seems they are more interested in collecting training fees than hiring people. Candidates should avoid this company.
- Would you accept the offer right after the final interview and pay the training fee?
