Entry Level Leadership
Hiring Manager texted to schedule phone interview, which was scheduled via Calendly for that day. It was a phone informational interview, about 5-10 minutes at most. Then I was invited to join a seminar for more info, scheduled for the following day. I received an email to join the seminar via Demio and a follow-up email to review the seminar/job via Jotform.

Marketing
So you have to apply first and then you'll sit in on a webinar. The webinar is gonna go over what the company does, what they're looking for in an employee, the pay, and all that good stuff. After the webinar, you'll get a survey to fill out if you're still interested in the job. If it looks like you're a good fit, then you'll get an interview.
- Tell me about your strengths.
- What about your weaknesses?
- Would you say you are competitive?
Human Resources Specialist
I got a cold call from an HR Specialist who was supposed to screen me for a job. They didn't have my resume, so they asked me to describe my background over the phone and what I could contribute to the company. When I figured out they found me online and couldn't even describe the job, I said I wanted to research it first. They suggested I check out the website testimonials, but I passed on that and looked up reviews instead, which was a good call because the whole thing felt sketchy.
- Are you currently working?
- Could you tell me the number of people you supervised in your previous position?
- What qualities do you believe you can bring to this role?
Benefits Specialist
This is an outside sales role where you'll be visiting people's homes to sell policies. Expect to work shifts from 7 AM to 3 PM or 3 PM to 11 PM, including weekends. After completing a 50-question personality assessment alongside many other applicants, your name will be called for an interview.
- What is your main motivation?
- Could you describe your work ethic as an employee?
- What are your career aspirations?
