First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Fischer Homes.
Sales Consultant
You start with applying, then do an online assessment where you pick words that describe you and also words that describe a professional environment. After that, there's a one-way virtual interview where you listen to a prompt and record your answer. Finally, there's an in-person interview.
- What is your proximity to our communities?
Sales Consultant
Met Fischer Homes at the UC career fair. Had interview with 3 managers. It was quick and clear. Smooth sailing. I really enjoyed meeting them. They asked personal and professional questions. It was a conversational meeting. During the interview I think I may have talked too much about my background and interest in technology. I made the mistake of telling them my interest was in big data and AI. Ended up not getting an offer. Still good experience and if you want to get into real estate fischer homes is a good company.
- What are your long-term career aspirations over the next five years?
Sales Consultant
I went to a job fair for the first meeting. Then I was invited to a meet and greet with other people applying for the job. After I followed up, I did get a call back for a phone interview with one manager. Finally, I had an in person interview and was offered the job.
- How do you plan your day and manage your time when you're working independently?
- Can you tell me about objections you've faced before and how you successfully handled them?
