First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Fischer Homes.
Sales Agent
I did a one way zoom interview that was recorded. I never actually spoke to a real person, which was kind of disappointing because it didn't make me feel valued as a potential employee.
- The questions were timed, pretty average difficulty, and you could re-record your answers multiple times for most of them.
Market Analyst
The first part of the interview process involved a personality assessment that felt really impersonal. After that, there was a video series interview which was also super impersonal. The whole thing felt very detached.
- What are your salary expectations?
- How do you approach making informed decisions when faced with incomplete data?
Sales Counselor
It was a great interview process, really thorough. I wish they had communicated a bit more after the interview, but it worked out since they hired me. I had an interview with 3 managers at the same time, which was a bit intimidating, but they were professional and made me feel comfortable.
- Do you have previous sales experience?
Sales Counselor
You'll meet with the Sales Manager and Market President. They'll ask about your experience and about situations you've encountered. They'll also ask what strategy you'd use to sell and close, and for sales examples and how they compare.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Can you tell me about your past sales experience?
- What approach would you take to sell and close a deal?
