The interview process was unprofessional. I had to wait almost 2 months after rejection for my first interview. I was passed around to 4 different people, and each one had a different idea about what was next. Every time I followed up, I got another email saying they needed an extra week to finish up. In the end, I got something that looked like a Teams or Slack message. I've never seen anything so disorganized or poorly planned. Honestly, it's probably a good thing because I can only imagine what it's like working there.

The recruiter was really hard to get ahold of and didn't give any updates for ages after I went through a bunch of interview stages. I had to put together complex documents and do a bunch of analysis for them. The recruiter wouldn't even answer my calls or emails to let me know if they got my portfolio. Then, months later, I just got an automated rejection email. It felt like a huge waste of my time and energy to be left waiting for so long with no communication.
