Behavioral Technical Coding

So, the HR interview was pretty standard and professional. The recruiter was nice and asked about my studies, my background, and why I'm interested in this job. After that, I got some coding challenges on LeetCode and HackerRank. They were the usual algorithm and logic problems, nothing too surprising, but you definitely need to be good at problem-solving. I did fine with those. Then, I had a technical interview with two engineers. They seemed cool and easy to talk to, and it felt pretty relaxed. They asked me some technical questions and we talked about the coding problems I did earlier. I didn't make it through this part, but honestly, the whole process felt fair and everything was organized well.

The interview process was straightforward. It mostly involved behavioral questions like 'What would you do in this situation?' or 'Tell me about a time you faced a challenge.' However, the recruiter was unresponsive, requiring 2-3 emails to get a reply, and sometimes no response at all.

  • What would be your approach in this particular scenario?
  • Share an experience of a challenge you encountered.
