Behavioral Technical Presentation Case Technical

The first round was a one-hour phone interview with general and finance-specific questions. For the second round, I had to prepare a short presentation on a 50-page paper in risk management. I only had one day for this because my email address was typed incorrectly. After the presentation, there were various interviews with different members of the department, a case study was solved, and some brain teasers were covered. When I didn't receive feedback after a week, I asked in writing but received no response for the next 2 months. Only after 2 months did I get a standard rejection from HR. Very unprofessional for a company of this size.

Behavioral Technical Coding Presentation

It was a really thorough and long interview process. I first met the recruiter at a career event and had a quick chat, then they called me back two weeks later. After that, I had a 30-minute phone interview focusing on my interests and experience. Then, I had an in-person interview where I first got a 30-minute questionnaire with 4 logic and programming questions. Afterwards, a department head discussed my answers and how I'd fit in. Finally, I had another 30-minute interview with a team lead from Chicago, which was mostly behavioral. The whole thing took almost 3 hours.
