I went through 3 rounds of interviews, then got ghosted after the final round. After 2 weeks, I got an automated email saying they never even reviewed my resume before hiring their candidate. Plus, they switched my recruiter 3 times, and the interviewer didn't have time to answer my questions at the end. Very disorganized, unresponsive, and unprofessional from them. Dodged a bullet not working for them.

I got short listed and invited for a face-to-face interview with just one day's notice. They asked some very basic questions about SQL and Unix, related to application support responsibilities in my previous organization. There were two rounds of technical interviews, followed by an HR discussion which went well. Three days later, HR called me for a telephonic conversation involving technical and managerial discussions, which also went well with very basic questions about day-to-day activities. After completing all rounds, HR shared the CTC breakup. Upon my acknowledgement, the offer letter was sent the very next day. The entire process took 7 days, from Saturday to Friday.

I met with a recruiter at a networking event, she then forwarded my resume to various departments in the company, I got brought in to interview with my manager, he asked some behavioral questions, resume stuff, then we talked about the position. After the interview, I got a call a week or so later.
