I submitted an online application and then followed up. I was invited for an in-person interview at the property. The Property Manager interviewed me. It was a casual chat about my background and career goals. We then toured the property. The whole thing took about 2 hours. I got a verbal offer, then a written one a week later.

The interview process was very thorough and engaging, with multiple rounds. It started with a screening call with recruiting/HR, followed by a meeting with the community manager director. The process concluded with a meeting with a VP. They also offered a chance to shadow someone currently in the role, which seems like a great way to get a feel for the environment and team.

They will have a phone interview where they will try to sell you on the company and its values, while also making sure you're a good fit for the role. They really excel at selling the position and making the whole job process sound amazing. You'll feel great about your decision to proceed with getting hired after the phone call, but once you're hired, you'll quickly realize you're just a number in a big company and easily replaceable.
