So I went through their whole interview process. It started with a screening call, and then I had an in-person interview scheduled with the director. But when I got there, it turned out to be with two managers instead, and nobody bothered to tell me beforehand. Even with that surprise, the interview itself went pretty well. What really ticked me off though was the total radio silence afterward. It's been weeks and I still haven't heard anything – no updates, not even a rejection email. After all the effort I put into preparing, traveling to their office, and doing the interview, you'd think they could at least send a simple courtesy email. It's just unprofessional and disrespectful.

I applied online, but the application was kind of a pain, honestly. For a company this size, I'd expect a better online application experience. They then had me come in for an in-house skills test. I had to wait a really long time while I was there, and the office felt chaotic and unprofessional. The test itself was pretty simple. After that, I waited again to meet with someone who then told me the only positions available were too far for me to commute and didn't pay much. I turned it down.

The first interview took place over two hours. Initially, I met with the property manager for an hour-long interview. Afterward, I was given a 20-minute tour of the property while waiting for my meeting with the president of the board of association. The second interview happened a few days later and lasted 20 minutes. This meeting included the property manager, the president of the board, and an additional board member. I'm currently awaiting their decision.
