The interview involved three parts: two video calls and one in-person meeting. The last video interview had six people in it and was supposed to be 30 minutes, but it went on for more than an hour. For the type of job, it felt like a lot.

The hiring process was pretty standard. First, I had a phone interview with the property manager, and they asked me to come in for an in-person interview with them. Then, they asked me questions to check my experience. After that, there was a background check and a drug test. Once I passed those, I signed the offer letter and started working.
