The interview involved three parts: two video calls and one in-person meeting. The last video interview had six people in it and was supposed to be 30 minutes, but it went on for more than an hour. For the type of job, it felt like a lot.
- Could you tell me about your preferred book genre?

The hiring process was pretty standard. First, I had a phone interview with the property manager, and they asked me to come in for an in-person interview with them. Then, they asked me questions to check my experience. After that, there was a background check and a drug test. Once I passed those, I signed the offer letter and started working.
- Have you previously worked with wealthy residents?
- Which programs are you familiar with?
- Could you describe some of your previous duties as a concierge?

My interview with FirstService Residential was pretty good. The HR team was awesome and my interview was a nice chat. I felt comfortable throughout, and everyone made me feel welcome. By the end, we were just having casual conversations.
- What are your future aspirations?
