Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at FirstBank (Colorado).
Intern
I went through 3 interviews and they were pretty easy. I really liked the people I talked to because they listened well. However, the third interview was a bit harder to make conversation during, so be aware of that.
- Describe a situation where you collaborated with a team.
Intern
The interview process was super simple. They didn't do any technical interviews, just the typical behavioral questions you'd expect. No need to prep for anything else. Just make sure to connect with the interviewers and answer everything confidently.
- Tell me about a time you had to manage a conflict.
Intern
The whole interview process was about 20 minutes long. Three people from the Hiring team asked me around 10-15 questions. They were really nice and the interview questions weren't too difficult. They let me know via email if I got the job or not.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
