A recruiter reached out about a position, and I expressed interest. I then had a screening interview with another recruiter. After that, my information went to the hiring manager for a phone interview. They then decided to move me forward. The next stage involved interviews with the recruiting manager, the hiring manager, a VP, and another supervisor, all one-on-one. The interviews were entirely behavioral, focusing on examples of successes and failures and how I addressed those failures. They are quite selective about the candidates they seek.
