Behavioral Technical

Applied online after a school recruiting event. Had about 4-6 rounds of interviews with bankers, ranging from analyst to the head of the office, over 2 months. Questions were mainly behavioral and resume-based. Disappointed not to get an offer after turning down another opportunity, especially given the time investment and my passion for the bank. After a long wait and rejecting another good offer, I never heard back beyond a 'we'll get back to you', not even a rejection notice.

Coding Technical Behavioral

The interview process was pretty thorough. First, I had to do an online assessment which was all about problem-solving and coding. After that, there was a phone screen where we chatted about technical stuff and I had to do a coding problem. Then, I went through a few more interviews, both behavioral and technical. They were checking out my coding skills as well as how I work with others, communicate, and deal with tough situations. The people interviewing were really professional, and I liked getting feedback after each part. It felt like a good mix of testing technical skills and seeing if I'd fit in.

Behavioral

First round was in person with a junior employee, and it was pretty easy. The second round had more senior people, one of whom was on Skype, and the questions were a bit harder, but all behavioral. They wanted to see if I could answer professionally under pressure. The third round, when they were pretty sure they wanted to hire me, was informal and with an experienced employee.
