the interviews are mostly about personality fit. you'll talk to many different people, but the interviews aren't technical. they just want to see if you're someone they'd want to spend 40 hours a week with.

So I submitted my resume and then had to take an online assessment. It was pretty basic, like math and English questions, including stuff like 'if Mary has two apples at 40 cents each and John has five pears at 75 cents each, how much will it cost to make a fruit salad...'. After that, there was a video interview using an app similar to Facetime. I guess I didn't make the cut because the next day I got an email saying that after a 'holistic review' (whatever that means), I wasn't considered a good fit.

I had a phone interview, and then two in-person interviews on the same day. The phone interview went so well that the recruiter wanted me to meet the manager that day, but that didn't happen. I had the in-person interviews back to back, and was in there for over two hours. I was asked regular questions and was told that I had great answers. I met with the manager as well as the regional who happened to be there. So then 10 days after the interview, I was sent a no thank you email. Then a week after the no thank you email, I got a phone call from the recruiter to ask me about the interview and basically to tell me no thank you again. The recruiter told me filling their positions was hard and not everyone is the right fit. I understood and moved on lol. I thought I had it in the bag, clearly I didn't.
