Analyst
We have a few rounds. First, you'll talk to the recruiter on the phone. Then, you'll meet with the hiring manager. There might be a few more rounds after that, and then they take a couple of weeks to decide.
- Can you walk me through your resume?
Analyst
It was a 5 round interview process that included technical and behavioral screenings. The recruiters were super responsive, making it a great overall experience. Doing your homework on the company beforehand is really important. Make sure you know the products and financial services they offer.
- What are your thoughts on the panel interviewers? Were they engaging?
- How would you describe the overall interview process? Was it streamlined?
Analyst
It was a time-consuming process with many rounds, mostly focused on culture. It wasn't overly difficult. You end up speaking with various management levels and people from other teams within the department before they extend an offer. This took a while, especially since I was working another job at the time.
