Behavioral Technical Presentation

I applied online and it was pretty easy to upload my documents. Then HR called and we set up a phone screen pretty quickly. After that, they reached out again for an on site interview. It took about 2 weeks from the phone screen to the on site. The on site interview itself was about an hour long with 3 or 4 people, and then I finished with the Hiring Manager for a bit.

Behavioral Technical

I met with 3 people in separate meetings. Two of the interviewers were managers, one of them being my potential direct manager and the other an existing IT Project Manager. They mostly focused on the company's values and how they have been successful in expanding their brand. This company is much bigger than it first appears, especially when they discussed their recent sales figures, the expansion of their product lines, and their manufacturing facilities. Since the company produces FDA regulated products, familiarity with GxP manufacturing processes and regulations is a must.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Can you explain the different phases of project management?
  • Tell me about the projects you have managed.
  • Describe a situation where a project was at risk of being delayed and how you handled it.
