First up was a quick chat with the recruiter. Then, I had a meeting with the hiring team, which was kind of like a panel interview. After that, I got a paid project to create a script and video, with a gift card for my time. The last step was presenting my project to the whole team.
- How would you determine success?
Campaign Manager
I got contacted by their recruiter on Linkedin, and we set up an interview. I went to their office. I met with the hiring manager and the recruiter. The interview was only 10 minutes. The manager asked me random questions that were not in the job description and didn't explain the role. He seemed rushed and didn't ask me if I had any questions. It looked like they copied the job description from another listing. Nothing from the description was discussed. It was a waste of time. They contacted me, I didn't even apply. They didn't follow up.
- Have you ever created advertising content?
Creative Strategist
A recruiter reached out to gauge my skills. The interviewers were nice and professional. The process had 3 stages. They were clear about expectations and the job duties.
- Could you share your background in direct response marketing?
