It began with a recruiter chat, who was great and kept me updated. Then I spoke with a production director, which was fantastic and ran way over time. After that, I had an interview with the production manager, which was weird and felt like they wanted to end it quickly, maybe they'd already made a decision. There was also a test edit, but the assets were ancient and didn't match their usual style. The instructions were unclear, and the production manager didn't seem to know what they meant either. It felt like a setup to fail.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
- What questions do you have about our company?
- Walk me through the decisions you made for the test edit.

The interview process moved quicker than I expected. It started with a phone chat with a recruiter, followed by a second Zoom interview, then an assessment, and finally a last interview before they made an offer. It all happened within about a week. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.
- Can you tell me about your experience with direct response marketing?

The interview process was pretty straightforward. There were 4 interviews in total. I spoke with the recruiter, the Creative Director, a Project Manager, and the VP of Creative. I also had to complete an editing assessment.
- Regarding performance marketing, which companies do you consider to be excelling?
- Can you name some companies that are doing a great job with performance marketing?
