The interview was pretty simple. First 15 minutes were behavioral questions and the last 15 was a market-sizing case. The interviewer also asked me about some of my experiences listed on my resume. The interviewer did not give much feedback and seemed pretty uncomfortable so be prepared for that. I talked with some other interviewees and they said the same thing.

The interview process started with a CV/Cover Letter screen. Then came the first round on-campus, which was a case and behavioral interview. After that, I was flown out to NY for the second round, which had one case and two behavioral interviews. FMCG values quantitative skills since they mostly work with financial clients, so be good with numbers. The cases were heavy on calculations, so be ready to explain your reasoning and assumptions. The second round had three interviews in total, with one case that was market sizing and a traditional case format.

Had a campus interview with some alumni and then got an email for the next round. The next step was an on-site interview with 6 people from the performance tracking team, which involved a background check, a technical interview, a case study, behavioral questions, and an intellectual quiz. After that, I had a Human Resource phone call where I was rejected.

Interviewed on campus by two alums. One interviewer seemed annoyed and didn't want to answer my questions at the end. Lots of marketing-related questions, like mini cases. There were two rounds, but I didn't get to the superday. The response time was great though.
