Business Manager
The interview process had 2 stages. First, you met with the Group Head, and then with the ED. You were expected to present your plans for business development and growth, specifically how you'd increase assets and liabilities on the balance sheet. Also, you had to talk about strategies for growing electronic banking and alternative channels, looking at both how many people use them and how often they use them.
- What's your plan for increasing your desks' risk assets in the coming 6 months?
- Can you outline your strategies for business development and achieving balance sheet growth in both assets and liabilities?
- How would you approach increasing the adoption and usage of electronic banking and alternative channels?
