It was a really straightforward and professional interview process. They gave me an on-the-spot offer with the expected pay and performance details. The opportunity to advance and earn monthly bonuses was what really attracted me. I'll need to travel more than I do now, but that's not an issue.

I applied online and got a call back within 24 hours to schedule an interview for two days later. After that, I was in touch with HR until a suitable position opened up. The following week, I had to do a physical and drug screening. Once I passed those, I could give my notice. The whole thing took about a month. Everyone was nice, but the higher-ups didn't seem super organized, like things were a bit disorganized.

The interview process was straightforward. I had my first interview with the general manager of the store where I'd be working. After that, they'll refer me to their regional manager for the second interview. The third and final interview will be with HR for a drug test.
