First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Firehouse Subs.
General Manager
The interview was excellent. They explained what the job entailed, and we discussed salary, potential bonuses, and guest relations expectations. They said they would follow up but never did, and my calls were not returned.
- Could you tell me about your qualifications and why you believe you are a good fit for this role?
General Manager
I was called on the phone and the interview was conducted over the phone. Then I was called back again to ask more questions. They asked a lot in general about what I currently do and what I would do if I could work as a general manager since some places involve more paperwork.
- What are your available working hours?
- Can you describe your current responsibilities?
- How would you approach the role of General Manager, considering that some organizations handle more administrative tasks?
General Manager
I applied online and was contacted by email for an interview. The interview was scheduled for 30 minutes and included a series of typical interviewing questions. We also discussed the company's mission, and the hiring/training process was explained when I asked. I've been invited back for a second interview. Super excited! Firehouse Subs appears to be a great place to work.
- What are your reasons for believing you should be hired for the position?
