Typical screening with HR then hiring manager. After that is followed by a panel interview for technical and personal fit. Very professional and straight forward hiring process. A mix of technical questions and describing your experience.

- Questions on digital design testing the fundamentals
Integration Engineer
I was contacted for an initial screening and felt really good about it. The HR person said I seemed like a good match and that they'd forward my info to the hiring managers and let me know within a week. It's been more than a month and I haven't heard anything back, not even a rejection. I'm a strong candidate who wants to work there, but they seem to be more focused on their internal discussions than on potential hires. The HR department really needs to communicate better; it feels like they're disorganized.
- What are your salary expectations for this role?

Started with a phone call, then went to a panel interview. The panel included a presentation, followed by a questionnaire and a tour. Make sure to highlight practical projects and engineering fundamentals in your interview. Also, be sure to ask questions during the tour and show interest.
