The interview went very smoothly. Interviewers were all incredibly knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Seemed interested in me and my answers. The recruiter was also helpful and responsive over the course of the many interviews.

So I initially went in for a Senior IR Consultant role. But after some weird 'Googliness' interview, which had questions totally unrelated to the job, they demoted me to a non-senior position without telling me. I only found out by chance. Then HR asked me to do the final interview where they would 'decide' if I was senior or not, which was kind of ridiculous since it should be my choice. They ended up offering me the non-senior role, which I turned down. The whole process was a mess. I had four interviews, and not a single one started on time. They were all rescheduled at some point, sometimes even just a couple of hours before. It just screamed unprofessionalism.

- The "Googliness" interview was the worst, asking open-ended questions where they expected a specific answer, something I've never experienced in my 15 years of professional experience.
