The interview process was really long. Scheduling was easy but it got rescheduled a few times. It was very email based. They could make the interview process a bit more streamlined. It feels like there’s a lot more compared to other companies. Most places have an average of 2 or maybe 3 rounds.

The interviews were set up fast and were also pretty short. The interviewer didn't do a reference check or try to really learn about my strengths from other people's experience with me. Everything was done remotely.
