I interviewed with HR, then the Hiring Manager, and finally the VP of Sales. The VP of Sales asked me to present a project, and after the interview, they suggested I go into the store and chat with the staff to get their opinions on the company, which I did. I didn't hear back for a couple of weeks and then got a generic automated rejection email. I feel that after three interviews and a few hours spent on a project presentation and a showroom visit, it would be more professional and respectful to send a personalized email or make a call. Maybe that's just my opinion, but if you claim to respect and value staff, you should show that same courtesy to candidates who have gone through your process.

The interview process was really long. Scheduling was easy but it got rescheduled a few times. It was very email based. They could make the interview process a bit more streamlined. It feels like there’s a lot more compared to other companies. Most places have an average of 2 or maybe 3 rounds.

I had a phone screen with the CEO and then an in person meeting with him and the manager who I would be reporting to. I was definitely aware that the CEO seemed to have his hands in quite a few things. I'm not sure if he's a micromanager but I get a feeling he could be. The reason I say this is because I was surprised to be spending so much time with him and not with the manager who I would be reporting to. Also, this position has been open for months (maybe 6?) and I got a feeling that there might be a big turnover of employees.
