Technical Support Engineer
The interview process was really smooth and organized, big thanks to my recruiter Kiki for the great coordination. Each step had clear goals and they followed up on time, which made things efficient. Honestly, it was the most efficient and well-structured interview process I've been through. The interviewers were super professional, stayed on track, and made sure their questions were relevant to the job. This made for a really productive and engaging chat, helping me focus on what mattered. I really appreciate Kiki's effort in making it professional yet also warm and friendly. Her handling of the interviews made a big difference, and I'm thankful for the experience.

Technical Support Engineer
So I had this interview process, first round was with HR, then the hiring manager came who asked me some behavioral and technical questions. After that, I had a 3rd round with directors which was a live assessment. They gave me materials to study before. The interviewers were nice and friendly, but the whole process was kind of a pain. I had to constantly ask for updates between each stage, otherwise, I wouldn't get any info. The whole thing took over a month before I got rejected. Seems like they are either super picky or just not in a hurry to hire.
- Do you invest in cryptocurrency?
- What is the difference between the UTXO and Account models?
Technical Support Engineer
The interview process involved two rounds, though neither began on time. The second round was particularly challenging due to poor audio quality from the interviewers, making it difficult to understand them and respond effectively. The interviewers also seemed uninterested and disengaged, giving the impression they didn't want to be there. HR should address this by training them in professional interview conduct or replacing them with local talent instead of 'fake CECA candidates'.
- Could you describe the role and explain what the company does?
- Do you possess knowledge regarding cryptocurrency, Linux, and databases?
