I interviewed for the Professional Services team. The whole thing took over a month and a half. First I talked to HR and the VP. Then they told me they were interviewing other people and it'd take at least another week and a half. A week later, the recruiter messaged me for availabilities for another HR interview, but I replied and she ghosted me for days. Then she called to say they'd skip the next HR interview and go straight to references and offer. She got my contract details, and the team lead called to tell me his expectations. After the reference calls, they decided they needed someone more senior. I doubt my references were the issue. It was a really unprofessional and aggravating process.

Behavioral Technical Coding

So, I had two interviewers, and they were both really nice. They started by asking me about my past work experiences and projects. Then, the conversation shifted more towards understanding my programming knowledge. There weren't many direct coding questions at first, but later on, there was a coding challenge involving synchronization for scenarios with multiple readers and a single writer.

The interview had a few steps: first a recruiter call, then some technical assessments, a soft skills check, and then the offer. The feedback was super fast, like HR calling back just 2 hours after some interviews. I liked that they didn't do a home assignment, which made me prefer their process over others I was in. They seemed genuinely interested in me as a person, which shows good company culture and communication between HR and RnD.
