Had a first interview with HR. Then, a second interview with the BDR manager a week later. I was expecting an answer the same day, but got ghosted. I reached out to HR for feedback and was told they were on holiday that week and would get back to me soon. Never heard back.

Behavioral Presentation

I applied online and then sent a note to the hiring manager to make sure my application was seen. I then interviewed with the hiring manager, the director, and some future coworkers. It was a mix of virtual and in-person interviews. The whole process was super fast and simple. I really enjoyed meeting the team, they were really open with answering my questions, and it helped me see if this was a good fit for me too.

Behavioral Other

I had a 30-minute video call with the recruiter, followed by another 30-minute video call with the BDR manager. Then there was a take-home assignment which was extremely long, and I had 24-48 hours to complete it. They never got back to me after I sent the assignment, even after I spent so much time on it. It showed a lack of professionalism and ethics. Don't waste your time.
