First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Fire Inc. Atlanta.
Sales Trainee
The initial round was super fast, I met Malcolm the CEO. He was really polite and it felt more like a chat. I was invited back for a second interview the next day. Logan, a senior account rep, interviewed me and another candidate for about an hour. He talked a lot about the job, how you move up, the pay, and his own experiences. It was super chill and Logan answered all our questions. Logan's recommendation to Malcolm got me the offer. FIRE Inc. seems to value integrity, community, trainability, and leadership. I'm excited because as a recent grad, I want to grow personally and professionally, and this place seems perfect for that. Just be yourself; they want to know who you really are and what you're passionate about.

Account Executive
The interview process was quick and efficient. They talked around what the job actually was and entailed. They stated it wasn't a sales job, but more of an office job with trips to big businesses to work with them on promoting their product. They lied several times, saying if we were looking for a sales job, we should look elsewhere. Even when asked what the job was, they only hinted at it while trying to make you feel special for making it to the interview. Once we passed the interview and were on to shadowing, we were taken out to the field without proper notice of what was going to happen. Instead of giving detailed information, they wanted us to read off a copy of a script verbatim. They did not tell us to bring water or any other drink. They said there was a base pay during the interviews, but when we hit the first day, they changed it and said it was all commission. Overall, it seemed like a scam, and one that many have fallen victim to.

Account Manager
So the interview process at Fire Inc in Atlanta was pretty quick. The first one took less than 30 minutes, which was great because I had to do it during my lunch break from my job at the time. After that, I had a longer meeting with another account manager and their trainee. They answered all my questions and I learned a lot. Finally, I met with the hiring manager and got the job. It was a done deal.

Corporate Trainer
The interview process at Fire Inc was pretty straightforward throughout. It started with a phone screening, then an initial face-to-face interview, followed by a job shadow, and a third round interview with the company's president. Everyone I interacted with was very professional. The job itself isn't complicated, but you have to be good with people and willing to learn what it takes to do well. There's a ton of room for advancement too it seems.
- In a new group, what role do you find you most easily fit into?
