I had a call with the recruiter and then the manager. I was supposed to have a normal interview with 3 other managers, probably with some test too. But they ghosted me. They scheduled an interview, then canceled it at the last moment. Then they asked me to reschedule, and I did, but they never followed up. Very unprofessional. They should have been straight up if they found another candidate and not ghost like this. If you have options, do not interview with this company. The interview difficulty would be on the easier side, which can be a positive.

Behavioral Technical Coding Presentation

I started with a phone call from HR where they asked me some behavioral questions. Then, a few days later, I had a phone interview with the Software Engineering Director. After that, I was invited for an on-site interview with the Director and his team. They gave me a 20-question test about how a fictional programming language behaves. Then, I had interviews with two pairs of team members for about 30 minutes each, and finally, a one-on-one with the Director.

Behavioral Technical

My interview process involved chatting with two managers, one of whom is now my direct manager. They made the interviews pretty laid-back, like a regular conversation. A big deal was the sense of community and how everyone felt like family there. They asked me the usual stuff about myself, my skills, and my weaknesses. After that, I was sent to a room alone to complete an aptitude test. It's an easy test if you read carefully and take your time, even without coding experience, though prior coding does help. That was it, and I got an offer pretty quickly.
