After submitting applications, I got a writing exam that took 2-3 hours to complete. I did the exam, but the company ghosted me and didn't let me know they weren't moving forward with my application. I wasn't expecting the job, so I wasn't too upset, but it was pretty bad form not to give me any feedback after I spent so much time on the written test.

After submitting my resume, I was contacted a few weeks later. We had a phone interview, and then I got an email with a written assignment. It took several weeks after I finished the written assignment for an offer to be made.

I applied through my university system and got a call for an interview. I felt the interview went well and got a reply to my thank you email. Two weeks later, I hadn't heard anything, so I followed up with the HR person. I wrote again another week later and have never heard back. I know they can't contact everyone who applies, but it feels like they should have said something to me since I interviewed face-to-face with two of their employees.
