This was a long interview process, it took about 2 months. It started with a cut-e online test, then a video interview. After that, I had an interview with HR and the Head of Team. Then came another test, the Cubiks advanced online test. This was followed by an Assessment Centre (AC) which was intense, lasting 4 hours straight with no breaks. Finally, there was an interview with the VP.

I submitted my CV online and heard back in about two weeks. The process began with an online application, followed by an online aptitude test. Then there was an online video recording interview. They also invited me to Finnair's HQ for an aptitude test, which took about 45 minutes. This test included numerical, verbal, and reasoning sections. After passing that, I was invited to a video interview, but I withdrew at that point.

The interview process was super organized and professional. Even though I didn't end up getting the job offer, it was great to see how well-structured everything was. The team manager called me directly to let me know I was moving on to the next stage, and then later to inform me about the final decision. They made the decision pretty fast, and the waiting wasn't too bad.
