Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

I applied and got an interview invite in less than a week. My first interview was with a peer, and it went well. Then, I was asked to take a long, uncomfortable personality assessment with cameras on, similar to the SATs under a time limit, and submit my college transcripts, which I hadn't needed before and had to pay $20 to get. After a second interview with another peer, I was told about a case study that involved creating an entire operations plan for fleet operations, choosing service providers, and budgeting for selling off cars. I was concerned about the amount of unpaid work requested, so I told the HR contact. I attended a scheduled Zoom meeting about my concerns, but no one showed up. I felt like they might be trying to get free work, so I withdrew my application. Be careful, as this much unpaid work for intellectual property is unreasonable.

Case Behavioral

The interview process was pretty standard, with 3 rounds and a case study. It was very efficient! The interviewers asked direct and sensible questions that were relevant to the role, and they weren't trying to trick anyone. HR was understanding of my timeline and reasonably accommodating.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

The interview process started with an initial phone screen and introduction, where they mentioned they move "fast". About two weeks later, a second Zoom screen took place. Peculiarly, they also required submission of a college transcript. Following this, a cognitive ability assessment was administered, primarily focusing on spatial reasoning and identifying dissimilar pictures. It was somewhat alarming that they didn't disclose beforehand that this assessment requires camera access for "test integrity". Subsequently, a case study was provided, essentially asking for a roadmap to launch in the United States. This presentation was scheduled for six weeks after the initial phone screen. I declined to provide free consulting and withdrew my application.
