Behavioral Case

The interview started with a welcome, followed by typical fit questions about eagerness to learn, communication skills, and interest in the business development field and FINN's business model. A portion was conducted in English. The second round involved a case study, similar to what you might encounter at other startups or consulting firms. The entire process was very quick and smooth, with good communication.

I recently interviewed with Finn Auto for a position, and it was quite a disorganized and unprofessional experience. The whole process left me feeling frustrated. Scheduling was a mess; the HR department seemed unaware of my availability and kept changing interview times without notice. It was disrespectful and showed a lack of organizational skills.

The whole application process took about 2 weeks and was completely online. First, there was a cognitive ability test focusing on logic and attention to detail, lasting under 20 minutes. After that, a 30-minute get-to-know-you chat. The final step was a 60-minute case interview where we went over a case study and some questions about the future of the field. It was all super quick, with responses and feedback within a day, and the interviewers were really nice and welcoming.
